We
offer three basic arrangements:
- Contingency fee
- Flat rate
- Hourly rate
In some cases, we offer
an alternative option or a fee arrangement which consists of a
combination of options.
Contingency fee
Our fee will be a percentage of the amount we collect on your
behalf as a result of negotiations or court action. You pay no fees
unless and until we collect money for you. Personal injury cases,
for example, are usually handled in this way.
Flat rate
We will quote you a fixed amount which includes our legal fees,
disbursements (these are expenses we incur on your behalf, e.g. in
searching government registries, payment of courier services, etc.)
and HST.
